Hello and welcome to Rolling with the Punches!

My name is Danica Cossman and I am the creator of this website.

MY STORY

I am a wife to a husband who suffers with severe pain. A mom to 3 teenagers who homeschool. And I clean houses for a living. When I am not busy with the demands of life, I volunteer my time to help people.

This life is rewarding but also stressful. And there was a time in which I let my stress levels get so high, I became very ill. Along with sick, I felt exhausted, anxious, and foggy. Disappointed with the medical treatment given, I decided to seek alternative health care, and amazingly my body healed! As a result, I was able to gain control over my mental, emotional, and physical wellbeing.

WHY I WANT TO HELP PEOPLE

I want to share my knowledge of things I found to manage stress to help people feel better.

The purpose of this website is to tell you about different books, exercises, teas, and supplements that can help you manage your stress levels.
